Who is Kelechi?
I started out writing code with PHP, Laravel, JavaScript and Vue.js. Over time, I became more interested in why something should exist than how to build it, and that pulled me into product.
I've helped grow NgCareers from 350K to over 1M users, scaled Afribary across 50+ countries, and shipped complex MVPs. Somewhere along the way, I picked up the habit of asking what could go wrong before anyone has to ask me to. I hold an ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity credential and work on identity, access risk, and RBAC/ABAC modelling.
Today, I'm building MyTA Digital, helping small teams actually use AI instead of just hearing about it.
Principles
What I believe
A few things I actually believe, not just say. They decide what I build, what I turn down, and how I lead.
Build for a real problem
AI should not be added simply because it is fashionable.
Building beats talking
The strongest authority comes from things built, shipped, tested, and measured.
Security belongs in the build
Trust, privacy, and risk should be considered from day one.
Technology should create leverage
Especially for SMEs | saving time and increasing capacity.
Leadership should multiply
Leaving behind people and systems capable of producing results.
Access should expand
Creating pathways for others rather than hoarding knowledge.
How I work

Personally, I carry the expertise and the trust, the product judgement, the security thinking, the leadership.
